WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Toronto, Canada. All of our items ship from Toronto. We currently do not ship internationally.
VINTAGE AND FOUND:
We source vintage and found across Ontario and beyond. Vintage & found items are final sale. Each item has been carefully selected and is in good vintage condition.
WHAT SIZE INSERT DO I NEED?
We recommend ordering an insert that is 2" larger than the pillow cover for the best loft and fill. You can find our pillow inserts here
ARE THE PILLOW COVERS WASHABLE?
All printed and hand painted styles are washable. To wash pillowcases, turn inside out and hand wash individually in cold water. Lay flat to dry. For the Pom Pom and Happy Tassel pillows, we recommend spot cleaning only. Care instructions for each style is included in each product listing.
SAMPLE SALE
All sample sale items are final sale. Each item is unique, and the reason for inclusion in the sale is listed for each item. Some have slight defects that will be clearly shown in the product listing.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Shop pay through our online shop. Payments are processed with a secure processor through Shopify. Personal information is not stored on our databases, and is only used at the time the transaction is placed.
HOW DO I KNOW ITEMS WILL LOOK GOOD IN MY HOME IF I AM ORDERING ONLINE?
We do our best to match colours correctly and accurately convey each of our products on our site, however this can be difficult due to the variance of screen resolution and colour settings.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We create our products with love and care, and hope you love them as much as we do. We accept returns or exchanges for Pepper B. items (pillows) within 30 days of your purchase. Sale items are final sale. Vintage & found items are final sale. Fabric sold by the metre are final sale unless there is a product defect, as the yardage is cut specifically to customer specifications.
If you are unsure if product colours will coordinate seamlessly into your home, we recommend ordering a swatch for comparison in your space. Swatches are available under each fabric listing in our shop. If you have any questions or concerns regarding returns, please contact us here.
WHY DOES IT TAKE 5-10 DAYS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
